Project Management & Public Engagement

The office specializes in managing large-scale urban planning and heritage projects in collaboration with leading architectural firms and government bodies. Beyond the planning process itself, emphasis is placed on coordinating multidisciplinary consultants, local authorities, and landowners – ensuring efficient timelines and high-quality deliverables.

In urban planning and detailed statutory projects, particularly within Arab localities, the office leads transparent and inclusive public engagement processes. These include one-on-one planning meetings with landowners, workshops and lectures to raise awareness, and the collection of local knowledge. This approach reflects the belief that community insight is essential for context-sensitive planning and for building trust between stakeholders.

Examples of project management and public engagement:

  • Statutory and residential expansion plans in Peki’in, Sajur, Arraba, Abu Snan, Beit Jann, Migdal Shams, Yarka, Kfar Yasif, and Shefa-‘Amr.

  • Collaborations with Dweiri Architects and Hets HaGalil on masterplans and detailed plans.

  • Coordination of complex planning processes with the Ministry of Housing, Israel Land Authority, and local councils across the Galilee.
